IS NOC reported circuit DFA11-0019523 down between Skeen TC and ADVTECH-SCHOOLS
- CRAWFORD SCHOOLS - ITALIA. The DFA technicians were notified and dispatched,
ETA was 1 hour. The DFA technicians tested the link and received a
disconnection at 5.402KM on both fibres. The DFA technicians localized for a
point of break. The DFA technicians located a fault at handle GH000270 and
diverted the link between handle GH000270 and GH003518 tyo restore services.
Why did it happen?
IS Telco The DFA technicians located a fault at handle GH000270. A V-lookup was
conducted on the handle and findings indicated that the DFA technicians were
not at the handle around the time of the outage
